3 cup sweet corn 1 whole red chilies 1 tbsp garlic 2 tsp Lime juice 3 tbsp Red onion 3 tbsp Green onion 1 small Jalapeno 1/4th cup Vegan mayo 2 tsp Chili powder 1 tsp Paprika 2 tbsp Vegan mozzarella crumble Chopped cilantro 2 tsp Siracha 2 tsp agave Corn chips for serving

How to prepare
Oven
- heat large cast iron pan add little oil and add chilis, jalapeno, and corn, and garlic and cook till it looks roasted, 8- 10 mins, remove from heat add to a bowl and fold in other ingredients
- serve with corn chips and garnish with cilantro
