2 tsp Dijon mustard 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar 3 tbsp vegetable oil ¼ tsp salt 2 tsp za’atar 1 tsp agave |
How to prepare
Oven
- Preheat oven to 450… In a medium pot, fill with water and turn on high to simmer and add salt, cut cauliflower in florets, and once boiling add them to the water, cook 4 mins then drain, spread them on a sheet tray that’s been sprayed or use parchment paper. Forest 20 mins or until golden and roasted.
- Allow to cool on pan and make the dressing, adding all to whisk or blender.
- In a large mixing bowl, add cauliflower, and the rest of the ingredients, toss in dressing, top with vegan mozzarella.
