    1/4th of avocado

    ½ cup just egg

    2 bunch of kale

    ¼ cup grape tomatoes

    2 pc vegan breakfast sausage

    ¼ cup vegan cheddar cheese

    2 leaves of basil

    Kosher salt and black pepper to taste

     

    Rejoice red pepper sauce

    1. Heat up on low red pepper sauce, while its heating up, sauté with oil kale, tomatoes, sausage, put aside and scramble the egg, once they are done to desired consistency, add in the veggies and sausage, toss in cheddar and basil
    2. To plate add red pepper sauce to bottom and top with scramble
