    Rejoice mango ginger sauce


    1 small head cauliflower

    1 cup rice flour

    1 tbsp baking powder

    1 tsp garlic powder

    1 tsp onion powder

    ½ tsp paprika

    ½ tsp chili powder

    ½ tsp cayenne

    2 tsp Salt

    2 tsp black pepper

    2 tbsp Sesame oil

    2 c seltzer water COLD

    ½ cup gluten free flour mix

    Veg oil for frying

    Scallions and sesame seeds for garnish

    How to prepare

    1. In small saucepan combine all ingredients for sauce cook 5 mins then set aside
    2. Fill large bowl with ice and tap water, bring a pot of water to boil with salt in it, blanch florets for 1 min then submerge in ice water , drain and pat dry
    3. Toss blanched florets in rice flour and heavy salt, shake off extra and set aside
    4. In large bowl add ½ cup gf flour with the rest of the ½ cup rice flour, and the rest of the dry ingredients, then add seltzer water and sesame oil, chill till you are ready to fry
    5. Fill deep skillet or Dutch oven with three inches of vegetable oil, heat to 350 then fry a couple pieces at a time till golden, remove and toss in your glaze, garnish with green onions and seeds
