1 ½ cup jackfruit
1 cup breadcrumbs ¼ cup vegan mayo 1 rib celery ½ cup minced yellow onion 2 tbsp seaweed flakes 1 tbsp old bay 1 tbsp dijon mustard 1 tbsp garlic powder ½ tbsp salt 2 tbsp capers 2 tsp cajun seasoning 4 pcs green onions

How to prepare
Oven
- Pre heat oven to 375, while its preheating make the bread crumbs, toast bread and crumble, set aside
- Mix all ingredients except breadcrumbs, and form in a puck or ball
- Drop jackfruit pucks or balls in breadcrumbs and gently push the breadcrumbs into the jackfruit cakes
- With a hot pan and a little oil, sear cakes on both sides, finish in the oven for 10/15 mins, serve with Rejoice chipotle aioli
